Today we made a dog treat Chicken-carrot cookies. You need less than 30mn (20mn backing included). Step by step pictures are at the bottom.
Ingredients for 12 cookies
- 50g of white flour
- 100g of complete flour
- 1 egg
- 2 large spoon of vegetal oil
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 chicken stock cube
- 1/2 glass of water
- 1 pinch of backing powder
Preheat the hoven on 180°C (th6)
Mix everything but the carrot in a bowl with your fingers until the mix get smooth.
Cut the carrot in small pieces, mix it with the other ingredients.
Then with a table spoon make small balls (4-5cm) and drop it on a baking paper sheet.
Put it 20mn in the hoven and it’s done!
You can keep those cookies up to 3 days in the fridge in a box.
